Taranto Tritons Secure Victory Against Teramo in Serie C Championship

A victory was needed and it was achieved. The Tritons Taranto confirmed the good things done so far in Group O of the Serie C national championship, beating the Abruzzo side of Teramo with a wide 25 to 2.

The eve was still topped off by a crowded infirmary, to which Pacente and Lupo were also added, the Motolese manager had to make forced choices but finally found Marco Costante and launched 2005 Nicola Lo Savio into the first team, both authors of an excellent performance.

“You had to win to keep first place these matches, which on paper may seem simple, hide many pitfalls if you don’t have the right approach. My boys have shown that they are focused and determined”, explained the Motolese manager.

In the other group match, Chieti beat Bari to confirm their second place in the standings. Now for the Tritons a round of rest, to return to the field on Sunday 2 July in the key match of the entire Group O with Chieti.
