Baden-Württemberg has won the DBV state cup for juniors (age group U 19). In the final, the softball selection of the Baden-Württemberg Baseball and Softball Association (BWBSV) beat Bayern’s selection 13:3. Linda Ullmann (Bayern) was honored as MVP, Emma Bieth as Best Batter and Jessica Weil as Best Pitcher (both Baden-Württemberg). The tournament was held in Paderbron. The BWBSV baseball teams also took part in the DBV national cup. The school team from Baden-Württemberg came in second (7:13 final defeat against Bayern), the junior team in fourth place – both male competitions took place in Bonn.
