Marineros de Carabobo crushed Líder de Miranda this weekend after a 5-0 result at the José Bernardo Pérez stadium in Valencia. The pitching was key to the victory of the locals.
José Meza Jr. responded on the mound in his role as starter, after pitching 5.0 innings in which he gave up no hits, walked one and fanned eight players from the rival currency.
