The Provincial Council of Huelva maintains its support for Andalusian Badminton Federation, the SuperHugo 44 Team Sports Club and the Huelva Beach Soccer Sports Club. The vice-president of the Diputación de Huelva, Juan Antonio García, has held a meeting with the top managers of the clubs and the Andalusian Badminton Federation in order to monitor the sponsorship contracts that he has been maintaining with them with the aim of promote the sport both inside and outside the Huelva province.
In a meeting with the president of the Andalusian Badminton FederationCarlos Longo, in which the provincial deputy, Yolanda Rubio, has also participated, Longo has shown his gratitude to the Huelva Provincial Council for the support it has been providing to the Andalusian Center specialized in badminton sports technification, which is located in the Palacio de Deportes Carolina Marín from the Huelva capital, as well as the different Andalusian and national competitions that take place throughout the year.
With that, The aim is to integrate the image of Huelva with that of athletes and teams of special interest and social repercussion in the province, which, both due to the projection of their discipline, modality and category, as well as their media and social projection, contribute to strengthening the image of the province, Huelva sport and the Huelva brand through sport.
For his part, the President of the Huelva Beach Soccer Sports ClubRafael Millán, a team that competes under the name of Recreativo de Huelva Beach Soccer, has also thanked the Diputación for its commitment to this sport in the province of Huelva, which materializes in the sponsorship contract that both entities maintain in force.
Club Deportivo Futbol-Playa Huelva is considered by its foundation in 2005, the dean club of this discipline in Spain. Since its creation, it has achieved numerous sporting successes: Spanish Champions of the Beach Soccer Cup of the Royal Spanish Football Federation in 2013 and current runner-up in Spain in the National League in 1st division in 2022. It has recently participated in Nazaré ( Portugal), in the Euro Winners Cup’2023, achieving a creditable fourth place.
Finally, the Vice President of the Provincial Council has also met with the President of the Super Hugo 44 Team Sports Club, Ana Belén Gracia, to analyze and assess the sponsorship agreement maintained by the provincial institution for the club’s participation in the Spanish Superbike Championship, also known as ESBK, and the FIM Junior World Championship.
