With Geoffrey Kondogbia (30), whose departure from Atletico Madrid is imminent (see yesterday’s brief at 2:57 p.m.), Olympique de Marseille will have four experienced midfielders for only two places in the 4-4 -2 from Marcelino. According to L’Équipe, Jordan Veretout (30) is the favorite to start next to the future ex-Madridian, with a possible impact on the future of Mattéo Guendouzi (24) and Valentin Rongier (28)?
Promised to transfer a few months ago, the first city has reviewed its position since the announcement of the departure of Igor Tudor, even if he misses the Premier League. But this does not prevent management from remaining attentive to English clubs, and in particular West Ham, which could take action after having (dearly) sold Declan Rice to Arsenal.
