As we told you on Friday (see here), Olympique de Marseille is in advanced discussions with Atletico Madrid for the transfer of midfielder Geoffrey Kondogbia (30 years old, 20 games in La Liga this season) for this summer transfer window. For his part, the Central African international is pushing for this operation and has already reached a contractual agreement with the Marseille club.
According to journalist Fabrizio Romano this Saturday, the former Monegasque and OM have agreed on a future contract until June 2026, with an optional additional year. At the same time, the daily L’Equipe mentions an estimated monthly salary of between 500,000 and 600,000 euros for Kondogbia in Marseille.
