Official, Franco Gramenzi is the new coach of Pallacanestro Roseto

The Rose garden basketball is happy to formalize the signing of Franco Gramenzi as the new Head Coach of the white-blue club for the next two sports seasons.

Born in 1963, native of Teramo, the new coach from Rose boasts an important and very long curriculum: the beginnings in the youth teams between Teramo and San Benedetto del Tronto, the arrival in Campli in ’91 in B2 and in ’94 his first championship won with promotion to then B1; another 8 promotions followed, 2 from B2 to B (with Scafati and Teramo), 5 from B to Serie A2 (Capo D’Orlando, Teramo, Veroli, Ferentino and Barcellona Pozzo Di Gotto) and one from A2 to A1 with Teramo. In the last 8 seasons Gramenzi has had only one bench, that of Latina in A2, always hitting the mark and also entering in some cases in the playoffs and in the Final Eight of the Italian Cup.

The new blue-and-white coach will be presented on the occasion of the press conference scheduled for Saturday 10 June 2023 at 11.00 at the Bolla Mare beach, on the Lungomare Celommi: in addition to Gramenzi, the President of Pallacanestro Roseto Ernesto Ciafardoni and Sports Director Marco Verrigni will also speak at the conference.
