The Spurs players are happy when Kane finally makes a move to a champion club like Madrid.
Tottenham Hotspur star Pedro Porro admits his team-mates really pushed striker Harry Kane to leave North London after accepting a proposal from Real Madrid.
The England captain is a serious candidate to succeed Karim Benzema at the Santiago Bernabeu. As is known, the veteran French striker has decided to join Al Ittihad.
Kane, who scored 30 goals in the Premier League last season, finished runner-up under Erling Haaland this season, has another year left on his current contract.
The Spurs players suggested that Kane should not think twice about joining a club of his caliber The whites in order to be able to taste the title, something he never got during his service for the Spurs.
“If Kane decides to join Real Madrid, we will be as happy as him, if not more,” said Porro at the training camp.
Kane is not only in demand by Madrid, so far he has been continuously linked with local giants like Manchester United who also want to have a pure No.9 player.
Regarding his career at Spurs, Porro added: “It’s another country, another language and you have to adapt quickly. However, I’m happy and I hope that next season we can start well.”
Porto joined Tottenham Hotspur Stadium from Sporting CP in the transfer market last winter. He is a player that the sacked Spurs coach, Antonio Conte, wants.
