LIVE – Blues: follow Didier Deschamps’ press conference

The coach of the France team faces the media this Friday in Clairefontaine before the two games against Gibraltar and Greece (June 16-19).

If the end of the club season officially ends this Saturday with the Champions League final between Manchester City and Inter Milan, this is not the case for the national teams which are still on the bridge. The French team is expected this Friday in Clairefontaine for the two matches against Gibraltar and Greece (June 16-19) scheduled as part of the qualifications for Euro 2024 (June 14-July 14). As a reminder, the vice-world champions are first in their group after their victory against the Netherlands (4-0) and Ireland (0-1) last March.

Kylian Mbappé’s Les Bleus begin their preparation at the Château and Didier Deschamps faces the media this Friday for a press conference at 2.30 p.m. (to be followed live on our Figaro site). All the players will be present except Jordan Veretout, who was called up last minute and who is due to arrive at the national center on Saturday noon, while Alphonse Areola, winner of the Europa League Conference with West Ham on Wednesday, got some time with his relatives and partners to celebrate this title.
