LH Summer leisure: free activities for young people

From July 10 to August 27, activities are offered to young people aged 3 to 15 with LH Summer Recreation in all areas of the city, in places of cultural and sports practice, but also at the beach and in parks. and gardens.

Workshops, animations, visits, activities, initiations… The formats will be varied to adapt to everyone’s preferences, as will the themes addressed which will be numerous to satisfy all tastes: culture, science, citizenship, awareness…

Learning while having fun, broadening your horizons, opening up the field of possibilities…: these are the objectives sought by the City in its program of summer activities. The LH Summer 2023 guide, to download or consult online, will also be made available in the public space and offered to children in municipal schools. Like last year, these proposals were made possible thanks to the remarkable dynamism of the local associative fabric.

LH Summer in shape: free sports activities open to all

To keep in shape all summer, whatever your age, LH Summer in Shape offers you a series of sporting events to discover activities by the sea, in the forest, in the gym, in swimming pool, in the Factories and on the basins.

Alone, with family or friends, enjoy initiations open to all, supervised by qualified sports instructors. Along the coast, fitness, urban walking, futsal, swimming, paddle, archery… there is bound to be an activity made for you.

Good to know: you can rent equipment (canoe-kayaks, paddles) at the Bains maritimes and at the Montgeon forest (petanque, mini-golf, croquet, bowling).

All the proposed activities are on registration, open from Tuesday, June 27 at 9 a.m. online, and from July 10 at the site of the activities.
You can register:
– Online at lehavreenforme.fr
– At the LH Summer in shape cabin located in the beach sports area, next to the skatepark (10 a.m.-12 p.m. / 2 p.m.-5 p.m.)
– On the site of the activities
– Registration for activities at the Pôle Simone Veil, the Polygone and the Maximilien Robespierre gymnasium can only be done on site
