Leonard Fournette Emerges Unharmed from Car Fire while Driving

Still the causes of the incident are unknown.

The 28-year-old, who was released from the Tampa Bay Buccaneers last March, has become one of the most sought-after free agents on the running back market looking for a new team for the 2023 NFL season.

Fournette came to the league selected in the first round of the 2017 Draft by the Jacksonville Jaguarswith whom he remained until 2019, his most productive year with 1,152 yards and three touchdowns.

For the 2020 campaign, he went to the Buccaneers, then led by quarterback Tom Brady. With them he reached the 31-9 victory over the Kansas City Chiefs in Super Bowl LV in which he contributed a score.

Last season was ups and downs for the man from New Orleans, Louisiana. He ran for 668 rushing yards and three touchdowns on 189 carries. His average per rush was 3.5 yards.. Through the air he had 73 receptions, generated 523 yards and three touchdowns.
