For the Azzurrini half of the pitch, orphaned by Fagioli, it is a considerable surplus, with the knowledge that as early as September they can play a more important role among the ‘big players’. Just like Giorgio Scalvini, he too returned to the Under21 selection despite having been permanently with the senior national team for a while now. Despite being born in 2003, who can therefore also be involved in the next reincarnation of the Under21 team, he too has all the credentials to be part of the new cycle of the first team, and not with a marginal role.
