The owner of the Polytechnic Unit of Management with a Gender Perspective (UPGPG)Elizabeth Cabrera Chávez, explained that in the first quarter of this year there were 146 complaints from upper secondary and higher education students, from research centers and postgraduate courses for alleged cases of harassment and sexual harassment.
