Hot Rossoneri Strikes Gerry Cardinale & His Gang at AC Milan, All Players Ready to be Sold Except These 4

TRIBUN-BALI.COM, ITALIA – The figure of Gerry Cardinale and his gang have changed many things at AC Milan this week, from the dismissal of Paolo Maldini to changing the strategy regarding the transfer of Rossoneri players.

The latest news about Gerry Cardinale’s move is related to AC Milan’s policy of selling AC Milan players in the 2023 player transfer market.

Quoted by Tribun Bali via the SempreMilan website, Sunday 11 June 2023, in the last ten years AC Milan’s performance has been considered very bad in selling their valuable players at good prices.

AC Milan’s Gianluigi Donnarumma, Hakan Calhanoglu and Franck Kessie all left on free, despite their combined market value in the transfer window of over €100 million.

As reported by Calciomercato.com, Gerry Cardinale has made a firm stance that every AC Milan player can be sold.

AC Milan are ready to negotiate with any offers coming their way, although four key players are better protected in the sale clause namely, goalkeeper Mike Maignan, left back Theo Hernandez, midfielder Sandro Tonali and striker Rafael Leao.

These four players are considered to be the backbone of AC Milan’s game and are ready to be released if there is a very high offer to the Rossoneri.

However, they are not unsellable in the transfer window, and this is what sets them apart from the approach taken by Paolo Maldini and Ricky Massara.

As is known, Rafael Leao has a release clause with a value of € 175 million which most likely has the potential to increase.

Meanwhile, Mike Maignan is currently reportedly in demand by Chelsea in the 2023 player transfer market.

But the news is growing AC Milan will not open negotiations with anyone without an offer in the figure of € 100-110 million.

Rafael Leao Extended his contract

AC Milan striker from Portugal, Rafael Leao, scored two goals and one assist in the Derby della Madonnina match against Inter at the San Siro Stadium, Saturday 3 September 2022. Rade Krunic admits that Rafael Leao is a figure that is difficult to replace in the Milan squad. Currently, Leao is in danger of not being able to appear in the first leg of the AC Milan vs Inter Milan Champions League semi-final first leg due to injury. (AFP/MIGUEL MEDINA)
