Lighting bulbs have been installed, the track has been painted, additional bleachers have been placed and the organization has brought a portable scoreboard. A pleasant environment that both the players and the audience liked.
The league brings together four teams that will play a two-round league and then reach the semifinals pitting first against fourth and second against third. The matches are played on Tuesdays and Thursdays at nine o’clock at night.
In the match that raised the curtain on the competition on Tuesday night, the team defending the title, Los Simpáticos, faced Golfos with the refereeing of Gaspar Martín and Dani Bonillo. A very even duel in its first three quarters that ended with partial differences of only one point, 10-11; 24-25 and 39-38. But in the last quarter, the champion went one step further and ended up winning 49-59. The seniority prevailed over the youth in a very interesting game, played with a lot of rhythm.
