SANCTION CLUB ATLÉTICO RIVER PLATE for the violation of Article 15.2 of the CONMEBOL Disciplinary Code in accordance with Article 27 of the same legal body, with the partial closure of the Centenario-Alta Tribune of the Antonio Vespucio Liberti Stadium (Monumental) for its next home match in competitions organized by CONMEBOL, complying with the following guidelines:
1.1. The partial closure of the Grandstand will apply to 50% of the Centenario-Alta Grandstand, except for the sector for visiting fans. Club Atlético River Plate will inform CONMEBOL at least seven days before its next match of the operational plan for the execution of this measure, which must be approved by the CONMEBOL Competitions and Operations Department.
1.2. Club Atlético River Plate must display and cover the closed Tribune with a flag with Enough Racism, Commercial and Marketing of CONMEBOL.
