Challenges and Negotiations: Barça Faces Budget Reduction and Struggles with Mirotic’s Contract Termination

The matter, then, does not seem to end well. The club’s next step is to notify him in writing that the contract is terminated and immediately provision the maximum amount (22 million) in case he finally has to face the full compensation. From there, Mirotic’s lawyers have 20 days to denounce the dismissal, something that will undoubtedly happen. An act of conciliation will be carried out, something normal in these cases, and if they continue without reaching an agreement, it will end in court. Barça wants to avoid this extreme but today it seems the most plausible.
