The Spanish player Carolina Marín qualified this Friday for the semifinals of the Thailand Open, a test of the world circuit and of the Super 500 category, after beating the Canadian Michelle Li in two sets by 21-19, 21-13.

In any case, the six-time European champion had a good test in Bangkok against the Canadian, world ‘Top 15’ and that created difficulties for her especially in the first round.
