Tomás Corceiro is 15 years old., practice swimming e had a dream: to know Diogo Ribeiro. A follower of the prodigy swimmer at Benfica, his admiration became even greater a few months ago, when, due to the diagnosis and treatment of a tumor, he had to stop practicing the sport, and his stories crossed. On Thursday, June 8th, through the Benfica Foundation, the young fan met his idol. “It was something I wanted to do since I learned his story, which, after a while, adapted to mine. I was very happy“, shared Thomas Corceiro, at BTV. Para Diogo Ribeiro, it was “a pride” to carry out this special request. After the interaction, the Benfiquista visited Estádio da Luz and the Benfica Museum – Cosme Damião.
