Laurent Batlles players are in their last week of vacation. After being able to take advantage after a trying season, the date for the resumption of training is approaching. It is Thursday, July 3 that the professionals of ASSE will find the training grounds of the State for the preparation.

On this occasion, the club should not find all of its workforce. Beyond the departures of Krasso, Pintor, Bamba and Pavlovic… ASSE will have delayed returns. Indeed, many players will have extended vacations.

Internationals still on the field

Currently at the euro hopes with the France team, Niels Nkounkou will not be back on July 3. Probably qualified, the blueberries have not yet returned and the competition could continue until July 8 in the event of a final. The international hopeful will then be able to benefit from a few days of rest so as not to start the season without having recharged the batteries.

The story is the same for Benjamin Bouchouari. The Moroccan international hopeful is currently playing in the U23 African Cup of Nations. The final will take place on Saturday July 8. The return of the pocket midfielder from ASSE will also be delayed.

Third and last player likely not to be present on July 3: Saidou Sow. Indeed, the Guinean international has played 2 games with his native country. First, against Egypt (2-1 defeat) then against Brazil (4-1 defeat). The last match was played on June 17 in Barcelona. It is possible that the player trained at the club will benefit from a few extra days of rest.
