The second phase of the Anyeong Sports Facility Complex is a project to create a total of 32 tennis courts, including 22 outdoor tennis courts and 10 indoor tennis courts (total floor area: 9,639㎡, combined with badminton), on a 75,633.9㎡ site in 400-1 Anyeong-dong, Jung-gu. Efforts are being made to expand sports facilities.

This project is being promoted as a pledge project in the field of sports in the 8th civil election.

When the 32-sided tennis court is completed, it is expected to contribute to providing leisure space for citizens and improving the quality of life, and to help revitalize the local economy by hosting national competitions.

Daejeon City plans to establish a basic construction plan in the second half of 2023, start land compensation and detailed design in 2024, and plan to start construction in June 2025 and complete the project in March 2027.
