Anadolu Efes Signs MVP Tyrique Jones for 2-year Deal

Anadolu Efes announced the signing of Tyrique Jones.

The expected union has become official. Anadolu Efes announced that it has tied the colors of Tyrique Jones, who was the MVP of the Turkish Insurance Basketball Super League last season. The club stated that the deal is for 2 years.

Starting his post-NCAA European career with Hapoel Tel Aviv in 2020, Jones transferred to Pesaro in 2021 and to Türk Telekom last summer.

The 26-year-old center, who made a great leap forward in Türk Telekom, scored 13.9 points, 8.7 rebounds, 1.0 steals and 1.1 blocks in the 2022/23 season of the Turkish Insurance Basketball Super League, where the team finished as the leader, and was awarded the MVP award.

Tyrique Jones struggled with averages of 12.7 points, 8 rebounds, 1.2 steals and 0.8 blocks in the 7DAYS EuroCup, where he was selected for the second best five of the season.
