After leaving schools by bike for some, by bus for the little ones, the meeting was fixed at the Jacques-Cartier municipal stadium in Sancerre.
While the morning of the children of the preparatory classes revolved around collective games, the older ones, i.e. 80 children schooled in CE2, CM1 and CM2, had the opportunity to train on 2 km courses in mountain biking and 1 km running. In the line of sight, the triathlon in which they will participate, organized on July 4.
The discovery of unknown sports
After a common picnic, supervised by the organizers of the day, the teachers and several parents, the afternoon was devoted to the discovery of different sports.

On the program: tchoukball, a non-contact sport similar to handball, except that the shooting is done on a frame; poull ball, a discipline reminiscent of volleyball consisting of dropping a cube perched on a post; ultimate, a team sport played with a frisbee; but also, more common, field hockey, archery, rugby, as well as precision shooting.
