The camping base is located in the Yongjiang TOD (public transportation-oriented urban development model) sports park and surrounding plots between Yasaiyan Station of Line 2 and Datongqiao Station of Line 3 (Qingyun Area), with a net area of ​​about 13.8 hectares.

For a long time, a large amount of industrial and storage land in this area has been vacant, and many plots have been used as temporary parking lots, building materials and other cargo storage yards. The land utilization rate is low and the environmental situation is not optimistic. In the second half of 2022, through public investment promotion, the plot will introduce swimming pools, basketball courts, football fields, badminton courts and related supporting industries, explore the use of inefficient idle land, and create a sports park with TOD characteristics.

The basketball court floor of the Yunyong Gymnasium across the road from the camping base has been completed, the construction of the air film stadium has begun, and more than half of the construction of the badminton court floor and supporting rooms has been completed; 80% of the civil construction of the Xinxin Swimming Center has been completed, and the next equipment will soon Entering the site; Qingcheng Greenery Center is currently undergoing ground leveling construction, and the next step is to start underground pipeline laying, which is expected to be completed by the end of June.

It is reported that the sports park will be fully completed in the first half of 2023.
