Yoga makes its festival in Toulouges

Samata, the first festival dedicated to yoga, will take place on Saturday May 13 at Clairfont Park. An invitation to slow down and take time for yourself.

The Life is good with yoga association, Fanny Ros, teacher at Yoga and Ayurveda and the city are organizing the first edition of the Samata yoga festival on Saturday May 13 at Clairfont Park.

Initially scheduled for 2020 and postponed due to the health context, this event was put forward in September 2022, when the organization began.

During this festival, more than 30 actors around yoga and holistic care will meet to share their art, their passion. This festival is an invitation to slow down, to take a step back by reconnecting with ancestral or traditional practices. The very essence of yoga is translated by taking time for oneself, becoming aware of deep personal feelings, being aware of one’s own body, all through an adapted practice. Discovery of the world, of oneself, to carry life, to share it, to grow old, to enlighten, to pass on… The presence of local exhibitors whose philosophy is centered around ecology and sustainable development should also be underlined. Various workshops will be offered such as creative workshops, capoeira, taijan, qi gong, archery, a meditative siesta and a sound bath.
