Moncada showed off his speed during the game between the Chicago White Sox and the Cleveland Guardians at Progressive Field.

Finally, Jake Burger hit a sacrifice fly to right field, which Yoán Moncada took advantage of to score from third.

Obviously, Yoán Moncada’s speed is not his forte and this is demonstrated by his statistics in the stolen bases department in the last three seasons, where he only registered a total of five, according to data from Baseball Reference.

Despite below-average numbers, it did not prevent him from challenging the Venezuelan’s arm and after an excellent sweep at the plate he scored the second run for the White Sox.
