Thanks to this success the number 1 in the world therefore gains access to the last act of the tournament (which will take place on Saturday), where he will challenge Belarusian Aryna Sabalenka (n.2 WTA), victorious exit from the other semifinal against the Greek Maria Sakkari.
Ready, go and Swiatek flies quickly to 3-0 and 0-40 in his favor. With her back to the wall Kudermetova has a good reaction and incredibly manages to overturn the fourth game, winning it and thus taking herself to 1-3 in the score, but immediately afterwards the polenta hurts again and therefore shows herself superior.
