This Wednesday begins the registration period for the CIMA 2023 Camp

The Eduardo Pondal school, located 1.5 km from the urban center of Cangas de Morrazo and 500 m from Liméns beach, is preparing to receive the boys and girls at the CIMA 2023 Summer Camp. This camp, surrounded by nature and with proximity to the sea, offers a ideal setting to enjoy outdoor activities. Its facilities include an assembly hall, a covered sports hall, craft rooms, multipurpose rooms, a library, sports courts, kitchen and dining room.

The registration fee includes a complete package of services and activities for participants, covering round trip transportation by coach; accommodation; full board, which includes breakfast, lunch, snack and dinner; daily cleaning service of rooms and dependencies; uniform consisting of two shirts; wide variety of activities such as excursions, nautical activities, hiking, archery, adventure sports, gymkhanas, crafts, big games, sports and night parties and insurance coverage.

To enroll in the CIMA Summer Camp, specific deadlines and processes are established. He Registration deadline is divided into two stages:

• children registered in the municipality of Ponferrada You can register from May 31 at 10:00 a.m.
• children not registered in the municipality of Ponferrada You can register from June 7 at 10:00 a.m.
• The registration period will remain open until June 30 or until all available places are filled.

He Registration process is carried out as follows:

• Deliver the pre-registration form at Casa de Cima from Tuesday to Friday from 10:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m. and from 4:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m. The places will be awarded according to the order of delivery, and a maximum of two tokens per person will be allowed, with the exception of siblings.
• Make the corresponding payment (€395) by bank transfer to the following account: ES50 0049 5513 9528 1601 7852, in the name of the Ponferrada City Council. To make the payment, you must have the registration code provided at the time of submitting the pre-registration form. Proof of transfer must be delivered within 3 days (or sent to [email protected]). The concept of the transfer must include the code and the name of the child. If this procedure is not completed within the indicated period, it will be considered that the place is forfeited.
• Formalize the registration: After making the payment, the parents or guardians will be summoned individually to complete a questionnaire about the participant, choose the uniform sizes, deliver a recent passport-size photo and sign the corresponding authorization. Both parents or legal guardians must be present during this process.

It is worth mentioning that, in the event that the registered child cannot attend the camp due to force majeure (with corresponding accreditation), a refund of 365 euros will be made, as long as the activity has not started.
