Alice Berselini: “I’m happy with the result achieved even though I didn’t feel in top physical shape. Mentally I was fine and that made the difference. I think this reflects what I try to bring to training every day: always pushing your limits a little further. I thank all the people who have been by my side during this period and have made this result possible, especially my parents (and coaches) who have made many sacrifices to prepare me for the best”.

Samuel Canova: “I’m very happy with this result especially because it wasn’t a simple race: there were some of the strongest in Italy and in Europe. During the race I was very determined and I wanted this medal at all costs. Now, however, we must continue to train to achieve even more important results. Finally, I want to thank my coaches Vittorio Serenelli and Alfredo Mezzadra”.

Julia Bonzano: “To be only my second stage in the European Cup I am very satisfied with the result obtained. It was a very demanding race where you always have to be concentrated and not get caught up in all the emotions you feel in these moments. The fact of having such competitive opponents was a major incentive to give my best. I would like to thank all my coaches and my gym mates who give me the opportunity to improve day by day. Finally, I would also like to thank my family for all the opportunities they are offering me.”

Rachel Moruzzi: “I am very happy with this result. I worked hard to achieve it and I hope it will be the beginning of a long series, even though I know that the road is long and there is still a lot to work on”.

Anthony Esposito: “I am very happy with this medal, even if I was hoping for a different colour. But it’s just the beginning and I will work even harder to achieve even bigger goals.”
