Registration is open for the XIX Popular Badminton Tournament

One more year and there are already nineteen editions, the Popular Badminton Tournament already has dates and the registration period opens to all players.

The Soriana Delegation and the Soria Badminton Club, co-organizers of the tournament, have been working for several months to develop, with the usual care, the test that will be held on May 27 and 28.

As in the last editions, the absolute, sub-17 and sub-13 categories will be called, both individually and in the three doubles modalities.

All the players will play at least two matches in each modality in which they register, with the best of each group entering the second elimination phase.

Registration and payment can be made on the Club Badminton Soria website (www.badmintonsoria.com) until May 19 at 7:00 p.m. All the information about the tournament is available on this website, as well as on the club’s social networks.

Anyone interested, even if they cannot play the Tournament, who wishes to obtain the shirt given to the players, may do so by completing the same registration process as those who wish to play the competition, indicating this possibility in the option enabled for this purpose.

The organization is truly grateful to the sponsors who, for the most part, have renewed their support, as well as the public institutions and the local media, necessary actors to maintain the characteristics of this tournament.

Now comes the time for the players’ response, encouraging them to play to consolidate, with their presence, the good health of the tournament. The character of it is completely popular, not being allowed the participation of federated players in absolute category the last three seasons, thus giving priority to the playful part over the merely competitive. All players will receive an attractive shirt and various products thanks to the support achieved. For the winners there will be their corresponding trophy along with gift vouchers to exchange for sports equipment.
