Mbappé stopped by the NBA draft lottery – and had to look up to one of his opponents.
WHAT HAPPENED? PSG star Kylian Mbappé was present at this year’s NBA draft lottery. There the Frenchman met his compatriot Victor Wembanyama, who is considered one of the greatest talents in basketball.
WHAT IS THE BACKGROUND? The difference in height between the two men was particularly striking. While Wembanyama has a stately size at 2.19 meters, Mbappé with his comparatively petite 1.78 meters had to look up to the basketball talent.
The draft lottery was won by the San Antonio Spurs, who will pick Wembanyama in the upcoming August draft. With his facilities, the 19-year-old is considered one of the greatest basketball talents since LeBron James.
