So far, the Mahomes’ lawyer, Brandan Davies, pointed out that his protégé has not committed any punishable act and that they will collaborate with the authorities in the investigations of the case.
“Our investigation has revealed substantial evidence refuting the claims of Jackson’s accuser, including the statements of several witnesses. We have reached out to law enforcement to provide the fruit of our investigation so they can have a full picture of the matter,” Davies stated.
If convicted for the alleged sexual assault, Jackson Mahomes could face penalties ranging from financial fines to more than four years in prison.
