The Green Bay Packers and quarterback Jordan Love have agreed to a one-year contract extension worth US$22.5 million, of which $13.5 million is guaranteed, multiple media reported Tuesday.
Love is expected to be the Packers’ No. 1 quarterback this season after Aaron Rodgers left for the New York Jets. Love was drafted 26th overall by the Packers in 2020.
Love has appeared in 10 games so far in his career, completing 60.2 percent of his passes with 3 touchdowns and 3 interceptions.
