NBA, coach Spoelstra: “We have no regrets, now we’re going to Boston and we’ll play”

Third consecutive defeat of the Miami Heat in the mad series against i Boston Celtics. During the night, in fact, the guests still had the upper hand tying the series at 3-3 and postponing everything to We are 7 in the night between Monday and Tuesday. In the usual post-game press conference, Butler said he was confident that the Heat will be able to access the Finals, while Adebayo he greeted everyone saying he’s ready to take another victory in Boston.

Coach Spoelstra, on the other hand, was pressed by the questions of the journalists present who asked him to retrace the final momentswith Derrick White’s bloody basket:

“Our goal was to get that ball going anywhere except in the hands of Jayson Tatum. Ideally, you always think and hope that you have done the right things. Then, the ball bounces off the rim differently than you expect and ends up in the one place we haven’t fully covered. I don’t think there are any regrets about what happened. It’s just a pity. Having said that, it is the summary of how our season has gone so far. This is one hell of a series. Either way, we’re going to Boston now and that’s what we’re going to be talking about for the next 48 hours. We have to forget what happened and play the remaining 48 minutes in Boston.”

“This group has a competitive will and will to win that rivals any team I’ve ever coached. We were ten down in the final minutes, but my guys felt like it was a normal situation to come from. They played smart and we did an amazing job defensively.”

Now, the team has to absorb the blow of the comeback from 0-3 to 3-3. How will the team react? Spoelstra answered like this:

“It’s easy for me. I’m not on social media or anything. I just isolate myself another 48 hours. I told the team to do the same. Let’s gather around each other. These are emotional games that we need to stay away from before Game 7.”
