Madrid, May 17 (EFE).- The Mexican women’s and men’s compound bow teams will play the finals of the World Cup in Shanghai (China) on Saturday, after the qualifying round on Wednesday.
In men, the Mexicans first beat Kazakhstan 231-225, India 234-231 in the quarterfinals and Iran 234-229 in the semifinals. The Netherlands will be Mexico’s rival in the final.
The Mexican archers defeated Italy 229-224 in the quarterfinals and Turkey 236-232 in the semifinals. They will fight for gold with the South Korean team. EFE
