‘Playing at the top of the Eredivisie has been an important factor for me’, says Rijsbergen. ‘In addition, of course, coming out in the Champions League. That’s what you dream of as a little girl and I’m glad that dream comes true now.’

Liz Rijsbergen (Leiderdorp, February 14, 2002) started playing football at Voorschoten ’97 and then made the transition to the youth of ADO Den Haag. From the 20/21 season she plays in the Eredivisie for the main force of ADO Den Haag.
