Improve your throwing technique at “Fat Pipe floorball camp”
From June 30 to July 2, a specialized camp for floorball players “Fat Pipe floorball camp” will take place in Kuldīga, as part of “BLINDSAVE GOALIE CAMP 2023”. During the camp, the participants will have the opportunity to make hundreds of shots and improve their shooting technique under the supervision of the leading snipers of the Latvian national team.
The most important task of field players is to beat the opponent’s goalkeeper, so the participants of the camp will have a great opportunity to test their strength against almost 60 goalkeepers with different playing styles from different countries of the world. The leading strikers of the Latvian national team Rolands Kovaļevskis, the Finnish F-Liiga champion Pēteris Trekše, as well as other representatives of the Latvian national team, will help improve the throwing technique of the camp participants and lead the training.
“This will be a unique opportunity for players to take hundreds if not thousands of shots against goalkeepers of various levels from different countries around the world. Having played floorball for 18 years, I can say that the most important thing is the throwing technique, which also determines how strong and accurate the throw will be. Therefore, during the camp, we will pay more attention to the shooting technique, so that the players will return home after this camp as real snipers,” from Roland Kovalevsky.
The camp will take place for three days, its fee is only 90 euros. The price includes training and activities led by professional trainers throughout the day, meals, and each camp participant will receive a personalized T-shirt for the camp on the first day. The camp is scheduled to start on Friday, June 30, at 16:00 and it will end on Sunday, July 2, at 18:00. We invite children and young people aged 12 and over to apply for the camp.
