Judo Ju Jitsu Novara drops poker!

Novara – Magic moment for Judo Ju Jitsu Novara which on Saturday 6 May at the International Open of Ju Jitsu figthing (integral combat), held at the Pala Volcan held in Acireale (CT), “collected” four gold medals and two bronzes presenting only six athletes, a result that hadn’t occurred for over 15 years, and moreover in an international competition, we therefore come to list the “protagonists” of the magnificent enterprise starting with Eleonora Coppa who is currently ringing a series of results of the highest order such as the title in the Italian Cup in March, the Italian title in April, last week the achievement of the black belt in judo, and finally the Italian Open title (all in the senior category kg 63), results that will be valid for the convocation to the collegiate training of next 27 May in the Olympic village of the Federation.

Another gold for MarcoSalds, who beat high-level opponents such as the Italian champion in charge and the one in the Italian cup, an excellent presentation ticket for the athlete who has just entered the junior class of 69 kg. The third gold was achieved by cadet Ettore Pasquini in the 60 kg, who for the first time climbed the top step of the podium beating more popular opponents. Poker ended with Aaron Barbaglia in the 50 kg rookies, already silver in the Coppa Italia and at the 2023 Italians, who beat his all-time opponent in a fiery final.

Even if less important, the bronzes of the newcomers Maya Navoni who fought in the upper category of kg +63, and of Alessandro Pasotti in the kg + 73 should be highlighted.
