The main objective is the development of the general and specific physical preparation of the CARD athletes, as well as the functional recovery of injuries with the athletes who are injured, all under the supervision of the technical direction of the Federation and in coordination with the CARD coaches. The physical preparation will have to be adapted to the competition periods and sports specialties working at the CARD. The selected person must be in charge of the physical preparation and functional recovery of the athletes who work at the CARD.
The main functions of the position are the planning and carrying out of the specific badminton physical preparation of the individual and double tests of the athletes that make up the CARD training group, participating punctually in competitions and concentrations, advising and collaborating in any matter of the training, in addition to other functions that are determined by the Sports Department of FESBA.
The deadline to send the curriculum is May 26. From that date until May 31, the profiles received will be studied and telematic interviews will be carried out with the selected candidates. Finally, from June 1 to 3, face-to-face interviews will be held with the candidates who pass the previous phase.
