RSEQ Quebec Chaudiere-Appalaches
The RSEQ Laurentides-Lanaudière and the Académie Ste-Thérèse hosted the provincial school badminton championship which took place from April 28 to 30. Jessica Boutin of Polyvalente Bélanger won the bronze medal.
Athletes who finished first in each of their regions of Quebec were invited to participate in this provincial championship. Representing the RSEQ Québec Chaudière-Appalaches in the 14-15 year old women’s category, Jessica Boutin of Polyvalente Bélanger in Saint-Martin competed against the 13 other champions present.
After finishing first in her pool, the young woman finally won the bronze medal behind Jessica Wong and Jasmine Zhang.
