Lugo have not won in all of 2023 and this series of results has led them to lose the category after eleven consecutive seasons in the Second Division.
“We don’t want to be last. At least we want to take that little leap, ”she said at a press conference.
The attacking midfielder received the award for the best player of April (Estrella Galicia Trophy) and thanked the fans for giving it to him.
“It is a pity for the situation in which it occurs. It has been a difficult year for everyone, in which we suffered a lot. We came from a good year and we had the illusion of repeating, but the circumstances have been bad. We have not lived up to it, ”she maintained.
Sebas Moyano recognized that “a victory is necessary to change the whole dynamic” and to be able to offer it to the “people” and thank them for “the support” they gave them “all year long”.
A hobby to which he asked “forgiveness” for the season that will end at home next Saturday against Huesca at the Anxo Carro. “Huesca is a team that was built to go up, with very good players, but the Second Division is very difficult. They have been fighting for salvation, but they are a competitive team, with big names, ”he assessed the Aragonese team.
Moyano concludes a contract with Lugo and did not close the door on his continuity, although he did not commit to continue in the First Federation either.
“I leave it in the hands of my representatives and the club. Me, to finish as well as possible and give joy to our people. I am open to everything that can happen. I am very grateful to everyone, ”he admitted.

The club that has had the most consecutive campaigns in the silver category announced that in gratitude for the “support and push” of all its subscribers in “this difficult season”, it will give them access with two companions to the game on Saturday (6:30 p.m.) against the Huesca.
