Intense Flooding Forces Cancellation of Italian F1 GP – Pull It Up, for God’s sake!

In fact, this morning the Formula 1 organization issued an alert to all the teams and other personnel so that they did not go to the circuit, part of which, the one located in the F2 area and the press area, woke up completely flooded.

A situation that began paint bad tuesday afternoon when the organization of the grand prix was forced to evacuate all the personnel who worked in the preparation of the race due to the overflow of the Santerno river, near the facilities.

At the moment it is unknown if the suspension means the cancellation of the grand prix or the organization will offer some other alternative date for what was to be the sixth World Cup race to be held. Thus the next appointment with the F1 World Cup will be in the Monaco street circuit on May 28.
