Next Saturday, May 27 at 11:00 a.m., the judo masterclass will take place, given by the Torrelodones Judo Club.
It is a day of initiation to judo through the game aimed at girls and boys between 5 and 8 years old, and in which their fathers and mothers can also participate by doing different agility, speed and coordination exercises together.
The day will have a team of specialized monitors who, through games and exercises, will teach basic notions of this sport that will contribute to the development of balance, the improvement of coordination and strength.
The activity is free and places are limited.
