The Olympic Qualifiers in Europe will consist of two separate tournaments. While 16 countries from Europe were placed in two separate tournaments, 8 countries determined within the scope of the tournament to be hosted by Istanbul Sinan Erdem Sports Hall will compete in two separate four-team groups. The top two teams in their groups will qualify for the semi-finals. The country that completes the tournament as the champion will participate in the FIBA ​​Olympic Qualification.
