‘Club Brugge wants to bring De Ketelaere back to Jan Breydel’

Charles De Ketelaere made the switch to AC Milan last summer. Club Brugge cashed no less than 35 million euros for this.

Charles De Ketelaere left Club Brugge last summer, but his transfer has still not been a success. The Red Devil needs the necessary time to adapt to the team and the competition and that is taking much longer than expected.

Moreover, AC Milan is turning square this season, making it even more difficult for De Ketelaere to integrate. A loan for next season would be a solution. The ideal option seems to be a team from Serie A.

According to Calciomercatoweb, however, Club Brugge would have asked AC Milan to rent De Ketelaere next season. A strange thought, because in the Belgian league you will not get used to the Serie A. Moreover, blue black does not play the Champions League either.

The chance that De Ketelaere will return to the Jan Breydel stadium therefore seems very small. Earlier, Atalanta Bergamo and Monza were mentioned as teams where our compatriot will play next season and those options seem much more plausible.
