The first 45′ competed between Brighton and Manchester United, but with a clear dominance as the minutes passed. Erik ten Hag’s team did not want to break away from the match, and although the close combinations or the long possessions were a chimera, there were moments that with long balls or through space they managed to reach Steele’s goal. However, the Englishman stopped everything that was fired at him. Rashford and Martial tested the qualities of the Brighton goalkeeper.

In a push for goals, the Seagulls finished the most. Without much precision, Mac Allister, Buonanotte or Enciso tried cross or long shots to try to beat De Gea. However, the lack of effectiveness was the only thing that did not allow them to get ahead.

In what is being a game with two different proposals, it seems incredible that there have been no goals.
