Bitter BVB message! Youngster Bynoe-Gittens needs surgery again

The Englishman had already been out recently and now has to undergo another operation on his injured shoulder. He had his last BVB appearance on April 15 in a 3-3 win over VfB Stuttgart.

Bitter: Last week Bynoe-Gittens fell on his shoulder, which had already been operated on, and injured himself again.

The accident happened during training and without external influence.

Bynoe-Gittens had already had an operation on his shoulder in Heidelberg in September.

The treatment initially worked. After the winter break, the 18-year-old showed why Dortmund signed him in the summer of 2020.

With his explosiveness, he even played his way into the starting XI and played his part in BVB rushing from victory to victory in the Bundesliga.

In March, however, there was a setback: the old injury broke out again. Those responsible were already talking about a possible surgery back then, but decided to treat the problems conservatively.

After two brief appearances of 21 minutes each against Union Berlin (2:1) and Stuttgart (3:3), the training accident came and now the renewed operation.

Like his employer, Bynoe-Gittens should hope that the problems on his left shoulder will finally be resolved.

After all, he’s been struggling with his joint for years. Already in the U19s he dislocated his shoulder again and again and thus missed important games.

The injury comes at a bad time for the club, because coach Erdin Terzic’s team needs every player in view of the exciting fight for the championship to snatch the title from FC Bayern.
