Axel Clerget and Madeleine Malonga take silver at the Linz GP

The French delegation won two additional medals on Saturday, during its last day in Austria. After Romain Valadier-Picard’s gold (-60 kg) on ​​Thursday and Manon Deketer’s bronze (-63 kg) on ​​Friday, the Blues Axel Clerget and Madeleine Malonga each went for the silver medal, respectively in -90 kg and -78 kg, at the Linz Grand Prix.

The other three Frenchmen engaged this Saturday were less successful. Maxime-Gaël Ngayap Hambou was eliminated in the third round in -90 kg. Liz Ngelebeya (-78 kg) and Stessie Bastareaud (+78 kg) did not go beyond the first round in their category.
