Hazard has one year left on his contract and has already said he wants to take it off. At Real they would rather be relieved of his heavy wages. At the press conference before the game, the journalists present asked coach Carlo Ancelotti whether the ex-Red Devil should stay.
“What Hazard needs next season I will discuss with him, not here”, he was not happy with the umpteenth question about Hazard. “Hazard has a contract and will normally just stay here. If he is not happy, he has to ask to leave the club. But if he is happy, he will stay, like the others.”
