BOLASPORT.COM – Indonesian men’s doubles pair, Muhammad Shohibul Fikri/Bagas Maulana and Pramudya Kusumawardana/Yeremia Erich Yoche Yacob Rambitan, achieved different results in the semifinals of the 2023 SEA Games badminton.

Two Indonesian men’s doubles experienced different fates in the 2023 SEA Games semifinals, Monday (15/5/2023).

The dream of seeing the All Indonesia Final in the Red and White flagship number had to vanish after Pramudya Kusumawardana/Yeremia Erich Yoche Yacob Rambitan and Muhammad Shohibul Fikri/Bagas Maulana achieved contrasting results.

Pram/Yere were the first to confirm the fate of those who succeeded in getting to the top match in the 2023 SEA Games final after beating Singapore’s representatives.

Playing at the Morodok Techo Badminton Hall, Phnom Penh, Cambodia, the former Asian Champion won 21-16, 21-18 over Nge Joo Jie/Johann Prajogo in less than half an hour, 28 minutes.

Pram/Yere played well from the start of the first game to the second game.

They excelled and continued to control the game without letting their opponents reverse the position.

The Pram/Yere victory still opens up opportunities for Indonesia to add gold from badminton to the 2023 SEA Games.

It was also Pram/Yere’s second consecutive final after they won the silver medal in the 2021 edition.
